Turks and Caicos Islands Casino and Card Room Gaming
In July 2007, the government passed a law allowing residents who earn over USD 75,000 a year to gamble in the islands’ full-service casinos. Since 2018, income-based restrictions have been removed, and residents who meet age and ID requirements may now gamble in casinos without a minimum earnings threshold. Prior to this measure, only foreigners could gamble at those properties.
